Today in class I completed Pt.4 which I had begun at home yesterday. For this part of Learning Outcome 1,2 &3 I was required to create a working multiple choice quiz based on my template handed in for Pt.1

20th May 2010

Today at home I started and completed Pt.3 of Learning Outcomes 1,2 & 3. This part was constructing a working gallery for the Queens Park Flash Site. All main images were batch processed, optimised, watermaked and thumbnails were generated also.

I also wrote out the summary required along with printed coding and images from the gallery.

19th May 2010

In class I completed Pt. 2 with a summary on how I went about constructing my prototype and handed it in for marking. Gerry pointed out I had no animation on my welcome page, this will be added in the next few days. External links were also missing which I have now added.

16th May 2010

Today at home I converted the fireworks layout of the website into a Photoshop PSD file for easier transfer into Flash, this was done by putting each pages elements into folders rather than layers.

Each folder transferred into Flash as layers as expected. I can now go about adding ActionScript to the navigation buttons.

14th May 2010

Today at home I designed my layout for my Queens Park website in Fireworks based on my storyboards from Pt. 1 of the learning outcomes.

I am happy with the overall final look of the site and am confident I can produce good results in Flash based on this layout.

12th May 2010

Gerry explained more about the following parts of Learning Outcome 1,2 & 3.

Today I handed in Pt. 1 containing storyboards / navigation, quiz questions and a layout of the contact form.

I will now begin work on Pt. 2 which is creating a working prototype in Flash.

5th May 2010

I have been off sick recently due to an ear infection and have fell behind with my work due to this and being away in England.
